The free transfer is available to all individual clients meeting the below criteria (total price of accommodation). We can also offer you a special discounted private airport transfers if you don't meet the limit.

Example: Your total price for accommodation is 550 EUR. You get a FREE private airport transfer to your hotel and the transfer back to the airport is available for 22 EUR for 1 to 3 people group.

Am I allowed to get your free airport transfer?
When your booking exceed the above limitations you automaticaly get the free one-way or return transfer. If your booking is below the limit we can still offer you a discounted transfer to your hotel/apartment and back. The discounted price for the transfer is sent to you with you confirmation.
How can I book your free or discounted airport transfer?
TravelCook.com provides the free or discounted airport transfers only to clients booking accommodation with TravelCook.com. When you receive our hotel/apartment confirmation sheet you will be provided with the booking link for the transfers.
Can I use your transfers when my accommodation is not booked with TravelCook.com?
We are sorry but in this case we are not able to provide you our free or discounted transfers. If you decide to re-book with TravelCook.com you could enjoy all of our complementary services including the free transfer.
Why to use your private airport transfers?
You might be just fine using public transport or take a regular taxi and hope they will not rip you off. The choice is yours. But our private airport transfer will give you the comfort of knowing that after you arrive at Prague Airport, there's someone waiting for you to pick you up and take you and your luggage straight to where you are staying, without any hassle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our drivers check flight status online, so we know when you're about to arrive. They will only wait in the arrival hall for up to 60 minutes after you flight has landed unless you contact us about any problems (held up in passport control or baggage delay). In this case our driver will wait for you longer.
What if I can not find the driver?
After your arrival to the Prague Airport, having passed through customs and the baggage claim area, you will be welcomed by the driver holding card with your name printed on it. Please call the driver (a number for the driver will be sent to you with your confirmation) if you can't find him waiting for you.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, but please let us know in advance if your require the child seat. There is no extra cost for this service.
