Our stay was very enjoyable. staff very helpful and informative in relation to things to do in Prague and helped booking trips. Hotel is very clean and relaxing, rooms were clean comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was first class with a great variety of things to eat. i would definitely recommend staying in this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Prague for us it ticked all the boxes. thank you for making our trip to Prague so enjoyable.

I stay in Prague very often and often at the Radisson SAS which is just down the street from this hotel. The Radisson SAS Alcron is truly a great hotel with great service but this hotel is much more reasonably priced and it offers excellent value. This is a great location in Prague (I own an apartment just down the street) and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a very good deal. There was a large group of Asian folks there during my stay but the hotel seemed to handle everyone very well. Highly recommended.

We just spent 6 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great - right off Wenceslas Square - with plenty of inexpensive restaurants around. Although Stepanska street has a lot of traffic at times the noise never bothered us. The room was very clean every day and the buffet breakfast was quite substantial (so much so that we usually skipped lunch and waited til dinner to eat more). The staff have a few problems with English but are quite helpful and try very hard to understand any requests.
