Just a brief note to say thank you for your help in arranging our trip to Prague from which we returned on Tuesday. We have just returned from our short break in Prague. The standard of the hotel was excellent, all of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and food etc was first class. The location at the edge of the main square opposite the astronomical clock could not have been better. This was our second visit to Prague and the city has more to offer on each occasion. Many thanks with your help in our arrangements, we were able to get into our room early on the first morning.

My Mother and I just arrived home from a fantastic five day vacation in Prague. We throughly enjoyed our accomodations at the Grand Hotel Prague. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, the room was large and spotless, and the location was perfect for us to explore most areas by foot. The availability of free internet was also a pleasant surprise. Your suggestion for a hotel could not have been better. Our flight from London to Prague was one hour late and one of our bags was lost enroute. I was very happy to see our driver waiting when we finally got through customs. He was also on time for our very early morning transfer to the airport. When we return to Prague, we will not hesitate to use your services again and I will be sure to recommend you to my friends who also decide to visit Prague. 16. (It is probably not for those who don't like noise and tumult; we do). It is very comfortable, beautifully appointed, and the staff was very accommodating.
