If you would like to book a room with this balcony please ask for rooms 102 (double room) or 202 (apartment). Hotel Heluan is situated in the heart of the world-known spa city Karlovy Vary, in the close distance of hot wells.

You can use our transport service from Prague to the hotel provided by privat limousines or minibuses. Price per one way is 2990 CZK per cab/one way (approx. 127 EUR). Connection between Prague and Karlovy Vary is managed by public bus or train.

7. After receiving the reply to your request, you will need to confirm this via email or fax. We will ask you for numer and expiry date of your credit card. You will be asked to pay in the hotel. The credit card information will be stored in the hotel as guarantee only.

8. Payment is required at reception upon arrival. The Hotel may ask for an advance payment and may cancel the reservation if the advance payment account is not paid.

9. The Hotel will charge one-night penalty in case of no-show or cancellation received by the hotel later than 3 days before your arrival.
