8. Payment is required at reception upon arrival. The Hotel may ask for an advance payment and may cancel the4 reservation if the advance payment account is not paid.

9. The Hotel cancellation fees:
* 14 - 7 days prior: 40% of accommodation price

* 7 - 2 days prior: 70% of accommodation price

* less than 2 days prior or no-show: 90% of accommodation price
