The apartment building is approximately 5 minutes walk from the Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square. Right in the center of Prague. All major historical sights like Charles Bridge, The Old Town Squre, Wenceslas Square, Kings` Road, Dancing Building, Prague Castle etc. are walking distance or comfortably reachable by tram.

By streetcar (Tramway): No. 3,9,14,24 to Vaclavske namesti stop.
By tube (Metro): Green line A to Mustek station then exit Mustek

Price depends on a length of your stay, if staying less than 4 days, price is 10 euro per day, if staying more than 4 days, price is 5 euro for every additional day. Price for stays longer than 21 days will be set up individually.

Food and Drinks
FAMILY PACKAGE - 19 EUR This food package includes basic food products that will be very useful when you come to the apartment after a long journey from your country. Instead of going shopping you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee. This package includes: milk 5% 1L, juice 2L, butter 125g, tea 1package, coffee 75g, toast bread 500g, sugar 250g, salt 500g. Additional items may be added upon request.

PARTY PACKAGE - 29 EURO If you come to Prague to have fun then this package is just the one you need. You can start enjoying your stay from the first minute in our apartment. This package includes: 6 x Pilsen beer (the best Czech beer), crisps, bottle of vodka, juice. Additional items may be added upon request.


 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

Apartment House Old Town accepts payment using the following cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise validity of the card prior to arrival:

Bookings for 1-3 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)
Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge No show or cancellation 5 - 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge
Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

We (4 twenty something women) stayed in the Old Town Apartments on Jilska for three nights at the start of the month. The apartment was amazing - nicely decorated, really clean and very well equipped. We used the company's air transfer service to and from the airport with no problems. We actually needed them to do two runs at each end as we were all arriving at different times and it all went like clockwork. The apartment was nice and warm and very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for all of us. Though couples beware - we all had single beds, no doubles. As for the location - I really don't think you would get better in the same price range. We were literally 5-10 minutes from Old Town Square and about the same from Tesco which made stocking up on groceries very easy. We had no problems all weekend so did not need to call the staff but our drivers and check-in staff were very polite and helpful. There only two very minor negative things I would have to say. The first is that there was no elevator, which was okay for us, but may cause a problem for the elderly or people with young children. Also there was a cafe in the courtyard below which blasted out pop music all day until quite late at night. Not a problem for us as we were out most of the time but it could be wearing if you planned to spend a day in the apartment. All in all it was a great stay and if I was travelling to Prague again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else and would highly recommend it to friends.
