This exclusive apartments are extremely light - situated in the loft with impressive vistas. Apartments are very well situated, on a quiet side street just a few minutes from Wenceslas Square. Also close is the 19th Century National Theatre and further on, the Gothic and Baroque delights of the Old Town. In the area are many great pubs for drinking the beer, restaurants to enjoy Czech cuisine and clubs. Apartments are well equipped and an ideal base for discovering Prague.

Apartments Old Town are located near the Charles Square (Karlovo namesti). Right in the center of Prague. All major historical sights like Charles Bridge, The Old Town Squre, Wenceslas Square, Kings` Road, Dancing Building, Prague Castle etc. are walking distance or comfortably reachable by tram.

By streetcar (Tramway): No. 3,4,6,10,14,16,18,22,23,24, to Karlovo namesti stop.

By tube (Metro): Yellow line B to Karlovo namesti station then exit Karlovo namasti

Food and Drinks
FAMILY PACKAGE - 19 EUR This food package includes basic food products that will be very useful when you come to the apartment after a long journey from your country. Instead of going shopping you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee. This package includes: milk 5% 1L, juice 2L, butter 125g, tea 1package, coffee 75g, toast bread 500g, sugar 250g, salt 500g. Additional items may be added upon request.

PARTY PACKAGE - 29 EURO If you come to Prague to have fun then this package is just the one you need. You can start enjoying your stay from the first minute in our apartment. This package includes: 6 x Pilsen beer (the best Czech beer), crisps, bottle of vodka, juice. Additional items may be added upon request.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Apartment House Down Town accepts payment using the following cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise validity of the card prior to arrival:

We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
